Or the “Well, come to Texas in the summer.” I like Calzone Golem’s take. It’s not that Northerners know how to stay warm, they tolerate being cold. Just like we tolerate being hot down here.

It’s not uncommon for us to get a day or two in the teens once a year. This is notable for how early it is. Coldest Halloween in 28 years.
